Terms of Use

These terms describe your use of StreetMeat and the website at streetmeatgame.com, operated by Michele Angelo Forlani under the public name mikeminer. In these terms, “we” means the operator. Contact welcome@devfridge.cool for support, complaints or permission requests. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Your permission to play
When you obtain StreetMeat through an authorized distribution channel, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and play that copy for your personal entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable store conditions. This permission covers the game features made available to you, including any additional access validly activated in the app. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its assets.
StreetMeat is proprietary. Except where applicable law allows it or the relevant rights holder gives written permission, you may not extract or reuse its protected code, artwork, music, sound effects or documentation in another product, distribute copies or modified versions, or sell, sublicense or commercially exploit those materials. Third-party and AI-generated materials remain subject to their applicable rights and terms; we do not promise exclusive copyright in every generated asset. Nothing here restricts rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and responsible use
The game contains fictional zombie violence, horror sounds and gore. Use the available gore and sound settings and follow the age rating of the version you obtain. You must have the legal capacity or permission required to use the game and, separately, any connected wallet service.
Do not use StreetMeat to interfere with other users, attack its services, exploit vulnerabilities to obtain unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights. Report a problem to the support address instead of exploiting it.
Wallet connection and transaction approval
Wallet features use a wallet you control. StreetMeat is non-custodial: signing is handled by your compatible wallet, and the app does not ask for your seed phrase or private key. For a Season Pass, your MEAT is committed to an on-chain arrangement and is not freely transferable while it is held there. “Non-custodial” does not remove this restriction.
Review each request before approving it, including the network, token, destination or program, amount, duration and network fees. Do not approve an unexpected transaction. Solana transactions may require SOL for network fees and account creation in addition to any MEAT amount shown. The wallet's confirmation and the app's transaction details should be checked before signing.
Blockchain transactions can be public and generally cannot be reversed by us once confirmed. Network congestion, wallet availability or infrastructure failures can delay or prevent confirmation. Keep your wallet secure and use its recovery procedures if you lose access. We cannot recover a private key or rewrite a confirmed blockchain record.
Season Pass
Where available in your version, the optional Season Pass requires MEAT to be held on-chain for a fixed period. The current options are:
- 1-month option: 2,000,000 MEAT. Your MEAT stays held on-chain for 30 days, until your pass ends.
- 6-month option: 7,000,000 MEAT. Your MEAT stays held on-chain for 182 days, until your pass ends.
- 12-month option: 11,000,000 MEAT. Your MEAT stays held on-chain for 365 days, until your pass ends.
The day counts specify how long your MEAT stays held on-chain; the month labels are shorthand. Review the features, token identifier, holding conditions, release process and fees displayed for your transaction before proceeding. A pending transaction is not proof that a pass has activated. Blockchain confirmation and the app's eligibility check determine its status.
A fixed-duration pass does not itself authorize repeated wallet charges or an automatic renewal. Clearing game data, disconnecting your wallet or uninstalling the app does not shorten a confirmed holding period or release tokens early.
StreetMeat is an entertainment product. A pass or holding MEAT on-chain is not a promise of profit, yield, token appreciation, resale value or recovery of a token's market value. Game descriptions and sponsor listings are not investment recommendations. Token values and network fees can change.
Consumer rights, cancellation and problems
Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact, including any applicable rights concerning defective digital content, refunds, withdrawal, remedies and required updates. A statement about blockchain irreversibility does not exclude a remedy that the law requires us to provide.
If a transaction or paid feature fails, or you want to request cancellation or exercise a legal right, contact welcome@devfridge.cool with the date, feature and relevant transaction reference. Do not send a seed phrase or private key. For a purchase handled by a store, its support and refund process may also apply without replacing your statutory rights.
Where an EEA right of withdrawal applies, the usual period for an online contract is 14 days. An exception for immediately supplied digital content requires the legally necessary prior consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; these terms alone do not obtain that consent or waive that right. The rules applicable to your transaction and country determine the available remedy.
Availability, changes and external services
Game functionality may depend on your device, wallet and network services. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability of those third-party services. We may provide fixes and updates or change future features, while respecting existing contractual commitments and mandatory consumer rights. New pass options or conditions apply prospectively and do not change a confirmed on-chain holding arrangement.
Sponsored content, external sites and wallet providers have their own terms. A listing is not a guarantee of a third party's product, token or conduct.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, serious misuse or a security issue. Any action must remain subject to applicable law and any rights you have concerning previously supplied content or transactions.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require you to give up access to a competent court or a consumer authority available under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future use. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required by law for a material change. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an earlier transaction. The date above identifies this version.
