Privacy Policy

This policy covers the StreetMeat game and its website at streetmeatgame.com. The operator is Michele Angelo Forlani, using the public name mikeminer. In this policy, “we” means the operator, who is the data controller for the personal data we process for our own purposes as described below. Game data on your device

The game does not require a separate StreetMeat account. It stores your records, unlocked lore and sound and gore preferences locally. If you use a Season Pass, it can also save a pending transaction record containing the wallet address, token identifier, amount, date and transaction signature so that it can check the transaction and restore its status.

On Android, the app also stores the connected wallet address and the Mobile Wallet Adapter authorization token in its private app storage. This token supports reconnection to your wallet; it is not your seed phrase or private key. Android app backup is disabled for this app.

These local records remain until the app replaces or removes them, or you clear the app or browser storage. Clearing storage or uninstalling the app may remove your local progress and pending-transaction record. It does not reverse a blockchain transaction.

Wallets and blockchain transactions

Wallet connection is used for the wallet features you choose. Signing happens through your wallet, including a compatible browser wallet or the Android wallet and Seed Vault flow. When the Android app connects, it identifies itself to your wallet as “Street Meat” at streetmeatgame.com. StreetMeat does not ask you to enter a seed phrase or private key.

To read blockchain state, check eligibility and submit or confirm transactions, the app sends Solana remote procedure call (RPC) requests through our own RPC proxy, hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare receives connection information such as your IP address and processes the request contents. The proxy forwards the RPC request to Alchemy. The proxy accepts only the read and submit methods the game needs and does not store request contents. Depending on the action, the request contents include public wallet addresses, token accounts, transaction signatures and signed transaction data.

When you approve a transaction, public addresses, amounts and other transaction details may be recorded on the blockchain and available to anyone, including explorers and infrastructure providers. A wallet address can be personal data when it can be linked to a person. Public blockchain records are designed to persist: we cannot remove or rewrite a confirmed on-chain record. This does not remove any privacy rights you may have over data within our control.

Network services and sponsored content

The current game and this website do not include our own analytics SDK, advertising-tracking cookies, newsletter sign-up or behavioural advertising profile. Sponsored listings are distinct from activity tracking. Following an external link takes you to a service governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Purposes and legal bases

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information necessary to provide the game and wallet features you request to perform our agreement with you. We handle support requests and information reasonably necessary to maintain security and resolve problems on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and supporting StreetMeat, subject to your rights. We may retain information when needed to meet a legal obligation. Where a feature requires consent under applicable law, we must obtain it separately; accepting the game terms is not blanket consent to data processing.

Local preferences support the settings you select. Wallet checks determine the availability of game features; they do not assess creditworthiness or make investment decisions about you.

Retention and international processing

Local data follows the device-storage lifecycle described above. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to deal with the request, meet applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention of technical information by hosting, wallet and RPC providers depends on the relevant service settings and applicable terms and policies. Infrastructure logs may remain after an individual request has completed. Blockchain records can remain public indefinitely.

Network services may process information in countries other than your own, and a public blockchain is accessible worldwide. Providers explain their locations and transfer arrangements in their privacy notices. Where we are responsible for a restricted international transfer, applicable data-protection requirements still apply.

Your choices and rights

You can clear local storage through your device or browser settings, and disconnect or revoke app authorization using your wallet's controls. Doing so does not delete public transactions or release MEAT held on-chain before your pass ends.

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact welcome@devfridge.cool; include only the information needed to identify your request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing data.

You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. For European residents, the European Data Protection Board's member list identifies the relevant authorities.

Content suitability and updates

StreetMeat contains zombie violence and gore. Check the game's age rating and available content settings before playing. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the situation.

We will update this page when relevant features or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A material change requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
